How to delete your account and all your data in the Pingo app

In the Pingo app (developed by Salam Soft, a brand of Tatweer Technology) you can delete your account and all data associated with it. Follow these steps:

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: “Pingo Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include the phone number registered to your account (to verify your identity).

We will verify your identity using the registered number, then delete your account within a maximum of 7 business days, and send you a confirmation.

What Data Is Deleted?

Upon deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your phone number, name, and profile photo.
  • The contact-matching keys associated with your account.
  • The messages and media you sent through your account.

Data We May Retain

We may retain a minimal set of records if required by law, for no longer than the legal obligation requires, after which they are deleted.
